Sealy Management Company, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Pelham, AL (Meadow Wood Apartments). The role involves routine maintenance, drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and coordinating turnover with vendors.

You will represent the property professionally and prioritize resident satisfaction. HVAC certification is preferred. The position offers full-time hours, on-site work, and benefits including health/dental/vision/life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.
• Ability to adapt to changing duties.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and property with professionalism.
• Perform routine apartment maintenance (drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.).
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Plan and execute apartment turnover, scheduling and working with vendors when necessary.
• Perform general property upkeep and ensure the community always looks its best.
• Communicate effectively with the management, leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goals.
• Exhibit a willingness to adapt – no two days in apartment management are the same and job duties can change from day to day.
