CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Courtyard Terrace & Silver Sage Apartments in San Diego and Lakeside, CA. You will help maintain the cleanliness of common areas and resident spaces, support the maintenance team, and contribute to curb appeal.

This full-time role offers full benefits and a pay range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. You should have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, strong problem-solving and excellent communication to serve residents

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on housekeeping experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant units.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and manage cleaning supply inventory.
