Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning of bathroom fixtures and floors.
• Change residents’ bedding and linens weekly; adjust per resident request for extra fee.
• Interact with residents in a friendly manner and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean building in all common areas seven days a week.
• Clean floors and carpets; set safety signs as needed.
• Handle hazardous cleaning supplies per procedures.
• Attend in-service training and other scheduled programs.
• Respond to resident emergencies per protocol.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws.
• Work safely and report injuries; follow Safety Committee.
• Foster teamwork and positive impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
