Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow infection control guidelines, and provide courteous resident and staff service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.
