Job summary

The Addison of Cherry Hill is seeking a dining services leader to oversee day-to-day operations of all dining services at the community. You will ensure compliance with dining policies, manage purchasing and budgets, and uphold safety and quality in meals for residents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food service, with a positive, professional demeanor and the ability to lead and train dining staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous Food Service experience required.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe and/or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Positive and professional attitude with clear, respectful direction.
• Pride in quality and presentation of food and kitchen/dining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing of all dining food and nonfood items and ensure 95% DSSI ordering compliance.
• Balance and maintain budgets for raw food and supplies.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperature and in proper portions for safety and palatability.
• Ensure residents' prescribed diets are offered when applicable.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage all dining staff; schedule to maintain labor budgets.
