Kei Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Cook to support a premier nursing facility. You will prepare meals in line with patient needs and follow established policies and procedures under the direction of the Head Cook and/or Director of Food Services.

Formación

• 1 year of food preparation and cooking experience, preferably in a hospital, nursing care, or other related medical facility.
• Ability to meet all health and background check requirements

Responsabilidades

• Reviews menus to ensure ingredients are available
• Prepares meals according to patient needs and preferences
• Maintains and files menus in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Follows all safety, food storage and cleaning standards for the position
• Listens to and serves patients/residents as needed to ensure a positive meal experience
• Participates in setting up and adjusting food service production line to assure that meals are complete, accurate and served on time
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with established standards and regulations
