Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for The Centro in Fort Myers, FL. You will deliver exceptional resident service and help maintain operations, reporting to the Service Supervisor.

The role is full-time with hourly pay $20-$25 and incentives; must be hands-on with maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more; schedule requires flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and comfortable with tech for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds, perform painting, pressure washing, trash removal, and assist with unit touch-ups.
• Use property software and mobile apps to track and complete work orders and keep operations running smoothly.
