Maybelle Center in Portland, OR seeks a Resident Experience Manager to lead Resident Services, Life Enrichment, and Front Desk operations at our Macdonald Residence. You will supervise teams, ensure safety, coordinate care, and foster a home-like, community-focused atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of managerial and supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating resident services and life enrichment in an assisted living setting preferred.
• Current Oregon Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Resident Services, Life Enrichment, and Front Desk operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
• Manage budgets and ensure accurate timesheets and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Neighborhood Programs and other departments on events and initiatives.
• Coordinate resident transportation, appointments, and care planning.
