KMG Prestige in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Community Manager who is goal-oriented and passionate about property management. You will oversee daily property operations, address resident concerns, collect rents, and market the community to attract new residents.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to lead site staff.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is required.
• Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Budgeting experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid by company).
