Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the community’s appearance and safety. You will take pride in the property, ensure public areas stay clean, and provide outstanding service to residents.

This role supports the property’s reputation and requires a reliable, team-oriented approach. The position is full-time with schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

• One or more years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Remove trash and debris from the common areas daily, keeping areas neat and trash-free.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways.
• Clean the pool and spa per manufacturer specifications and code compliance.
• Clean pool deck, restrooms, clubhouse, fitness room, and model units daily.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated units as needed, including removal of abandoned items.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
