Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents.
• Remove trash and debris from the common areas daily.
• Sweep and remove debris from parking areas and walkways.
• Clean the pool and spa in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and help execute move-in/move-out procedures.
