In this role, you’ll greet prospects, conduct home tours, and oversee leasing processes while ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Candidates must have an active state real estate license and 3-5 years of property management experience. Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for the State of Residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience, preferably in multi-family or single-family housing.
• Energetic, adaptable, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead representative on-site, greeting prospects and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Ensure homes and community spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
