Job summary

Volunteer Properties is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee daily operations across our Tennessee properties. You will drive leasing performance, manage rent collection, resident relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination while leading the on-site team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience required.
• Experience with OneSite and KNOCK preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

• Oversee leasing performance, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Lead and manage on-site team to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and financial oversight.
