Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team in Columbia, SC. You will present community information, respond to inquiries, process applications, and prepare lease contracts to ensure a positive resident experience.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer service experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and preferably leasing or property management experience. Weekend hours may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is required.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Experience with leasing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or similar PM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters to meet their needs.
• Provide accurate information on features and area.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly to build rapport with potential residents.
• Process applications and follow up to maintain communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and document events for departments.
• Listen to resident concerns and help develop solutions.
