Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community’s unique features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively to potential residents.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express problems.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Use attention to detail for office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
