Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property management and leasing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of multifamily operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and present available apartments that best fit their desires and budget.
• Review, process and approve or deny applications and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Proactively manage the lease renewal process and rent collections.
• Coordinate vendor activities, monitor progress, and perform cost analysis when required.
• Respond to residents' concerns professionally and track issues through to resolution.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and conduct move-out inspections as needed.
