• Lease apartments and verify income/credit information.
• Greet prospects and schedule tours.
• Maintain property's curb appeal and confidentiality.
• Manage rent collections and postings; issue notices when needed.
• Screen applicants and forward to Compliance for approval.
• Develop resident relations programs and report incidents promptly.
