Autumn Lake facility in Camden, NJ is seeking a Director of Hospitality to be the front-of-house face. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, setting a welcoming tone and guiding tours to showcase our community.

You will collect testimonials, share updates on social media, personalize each resident's stay, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and lead initiatives to ensure a warm, anxiety-free experience for all.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
• No medical or clinical background required to apply.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
