Job summary

Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes Community is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to design personalized activity plans and coordinate vibrant events for residents. The role focuses on engaging outings, in-house activities, and ensuring enjoyable daily experiences for our community members.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to deliver meaningful programs, manage transportation, and support dining room service as needed, all while fostering a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Creative and energetic individual with a passion for people and a heart for service.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans.
• Organize and promote a wide range of activities and events.
• Coordinate transportation for outings and medical appointments.
• Lead quarterly events that showcase the community.

• Organize and promote a wide range of activities, from exciting outings to relaxing in-house events, ensuring every day is full of engagement and fun.
• Coordinate transportation for residents' outings and medical appointments, making sure everyone has access to the experiences they desire.
• Take charge of quarterly events that double as community showcases, helping to spread the word about our incredible community.
• Step in as needed in the dining room, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience.
• Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.

What We're Looking For:
