Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a dedicated Chauffeur to serve residents and families in the Greenwood area. The role involves driving residents to activities, assisting in and out of vehicles, and ensuring safety and comfort during trips.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle maintenance, safe operation of passenger buses or cars, wheelchair handling, and prompt reporting of maintenance needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of driving experience, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience.
• 5+ years of driving experience.
• Able to operate 7–16 passenger buses, limousines, or cars.
• Knowledgeable about wheelchair lift, First Aid Kit, dollies/hand trucks.
• Must comply with Motor Vehicle Record standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle to community destinations per schedule.
• Assist residents into/out of vehicle safely.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraints to stabilize them.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain daily/weekly trip inspection records and maintenance logs.
• Deliver groceries and belongings to residents' apartments.
• Support Resident Experience Department activities as needed.
• Submit travel charges to the business office daily.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Handle emergencies and basic First Aid.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Executive Director.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
