Inspire Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Birmingham, AL. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for residents and guests, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.

You’ll support the Community Manager, keep the office organized, and help resolve concerns while upholding community standards. You’ll also plan engaging events that bring residents together and strengthen the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• A valid driver’s license for business-related travel.
• Data entry experience is a bonus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and knowledgeable go-to person for residents and guests, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Keep the office running smoothly by organizing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to resolve resident concerns, enhance the living experience, and uphold community standards.
• Plan and support exciting community events that foster engagement and bring residents together.
