You will design and implement therapeutic programs, assess needs, document care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support emotional, social, and physical well-being.

Formación

• CTRS, MMT, or AT credential.
• RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs
• Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels
• Complete assessments, care plans, and progress notes, and MDS documentation
• Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
• Support residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs in both group and individual settings
