As our new Electrical Resident Engineer, you will engage in various levels of complexity construction-related projects which will require the application of standard construction techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related construction/engineering tasks. You must be capable of collaborating and making evaluations and interpretations, exercising independent judgment selecting and applying standard engineering/construction techniques, procedures, and criteria to make design adaptations and modifications.

You will join Ramboll’s Water U.S. Construction Management Division to support delivery of municipal water construction projects. The division consists of administration staff, inspectors, resident engineers, and construction management professionals who collaborate to deliver high-quality construction services based out three main regions – Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and New York City. This position will support work in the Mid-Atlantic region, however there may be occasional opportunities offered to work on projects in other regions.
The Water U.S. Construction Management Division is seeking various career development levels of an Electrical Resident Engineer and placement will be based on experience and qualifications. Entry level to Senior level candidates are encouraged to apply.

At Ramboll, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices that support our people and our purpose of creating sustainable societies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $126,000 yearly. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
