Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and NICET IV, with 6+ years of relevant inspection and site management experience.
You'll manage field staff, maintain project documentation, and prepare weekly reports, monthly estimates, and change orders while ensuring accurate as-builts and strong client relations.
Dewberry is seeking a Project Managerto work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification. Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders and maintaining as-builts. Site Manager experience is required.

The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
