Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an Activities Assistant to help create and run engaging programs that meet residents' social, emotional, and recreational needs. You’ll support daily and monthly calendars, encourage participation, and promote dignity and well-being within a caring, team-driven environment.

You’ll work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to enrich residents’ lives, showing genuine care, creativity, and a positive, reliable attitude in a 100% employee-owned

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar.
• Engage residents in group and individual activities.
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
