Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement engaging activity programs tailored to residents’ needs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to therapeutic recreation.
• Coordinate activities promoting social interaction, cognition, and physical well-being.
• Assess resident needs and interests in collaboration with families and staff.
• Supervise activity staff and volunteers and maintain documentation of participation.
