Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale supports associates in their naturalization process by offering to advance fees for Form N-400 application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.
