Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement role to support the Engagement department, build strong relationships with residents, and help implement person-centered engagement programs. The position emphasizes empathy, communication, and teamwork with coordinators and managers to enhance daily resident experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate care for seniors, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to Brookdale’s engagement initiatives and resident

• Experience in customer service or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and families.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
