Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Assistant to support and nurture resident engagement through relationship-building and program support. You will work with the Engagement team to foster person-centered connections and community experiences for residents in a senior living setting.

Your role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and contributing to a positive environment that aligns with Brookdale’s commitment to care excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or caregiving preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and bridge connections between residents.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
