2. Assist the Engagement department as led by your Coordinator, Manager, or Director.
3. Build relationships with residents to cultivate person-centered engagement and bridge connections between residents.

Base pay will be determined by applicants' skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
