Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Assistant in Virginia to support person-centered engagement and relationship-building with residents. You will work closely with the Engagement team to foster connections and enhance daily living experiences for residents in our community.

This role offers opportunities for growth through advancement into Coordinator or Manager tracks, with benefits eligibility and a strong focus on resident well-being within a supportive environment.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
