• Plan and execute activities for residents, encouraging participation and socialization
• Set up and clean up the activity room, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Transport residents from their rooms to the activity location, promoting mobility and independence
• Engage residents in daily activities, fostering a sense of community and connection
• Assist in organizing outings and events, including transportation and accommodations for participants
• Provide daily one-on-one visits with residents, delivering activities and companionship
• Coordinate with guest speakers, entertainers, and musicians to bring a variety of events and experiences to our residents
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
