Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus year of related work experience or two years of work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior aligned with Hilltop values.
• Organize and facilitate recreational activities for residents.
• Drive residents to and from offsite activities in accessible vehicles.
• Communicate needs of residents to ensure quality service.
• Maintain records per procedures and regulations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and med support as per care plan.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintain facilities.
• Support staff with recreational/exercise activities.
• May assist in other roles as census needs occur.
