Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager for South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota.

This position will manage the day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

$104550 per year - $135300 per year

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
