Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Florida is seeking a Full-Time Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with warmth and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, maintaining a neat dining area, assisting with room service, and responding to resident feedback to support a caring community environment. Evening and weekend flexibility is appreciated in a friendly team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–2:00pm with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make residents’ mornings special—greet residents and deliver breakfast and lunch.
• Keep the dining room clean by clearing and resetting tables.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident comments and report feedback to a manager or supervisor.
• Assist with other tasks as needed by supervisors or managers.
