Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking friendly servers to provide top-notch dining for residents and guests. You will take and input orders into the POS system, serve meals, and help create an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation up to $16.50 per hour, based on experience, with hours Monday–Friday 11a–8p and every other weekend. Opportunities for growth, education assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior server or kitchen experience preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
• Engage residents and guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.
