Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for our senior living community.

You will help ensure timely, friendly dining service, assist with meeting residents' dining expectations and maintain clean dining and dish areas to support high quality food presentation. Requirements include Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it; strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must be dependable, punctual and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely, and friendly dining service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with meeting dining expectations and proper food presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures for food prep, dining areas, and dish room.
