Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, portion meals, and maintain sanitary kitchen areas, while upholding safety standards.

We offer a pay rate of USD 17.00–19.00 per hour and benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and more to support you and your family. This role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and may require ServSafe or Food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state/county law.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education
