Job summary

Front Porch in San Francisco lists a full-time, hourly Server position with a pay range of $23.00 to $24.00 per hour and a Sun–Thu shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Under the Dining Room Manager, you will greet guests, present menus, suggest dishes, and ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for while adhering to safety standards and health codes.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers certification from local health department.
• Some high school education required.
• Bachelor's degree may be preferred.
• 0 Year 1 month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Direct guests to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing guests about food preparation details, communicating specific guest needs to the cooks.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Follows highest standards of cleanliness and safety policies and health codes.
• Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner and reports safety hazards.
