Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department guidelines for food service operations.
• Able to serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Primarily a standing position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from residents and serves meals that look appetizing and are delivered on time.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Assists residents with meal selection and dietary needs when requested.
• Prepares dining room for upcoming meals and cleans as needed.
• Helps with inventorying supplies and maintaining dining area cleanliness.
