Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Suffolk, VA is seeking a part-time dining services aide to courteously serve meals to residents and guests from 3 PM to 7 PM, with some weekday shifts and every other weekend.

You will assist with menu orders, beverage service, maintain dining room cleanliness, handle basic food prep, and aid with tray service while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to three hours.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Serve meals and clear and reset dining areas after service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar and report any broken equipment.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
