Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks a Server to join our dining team in providing a clean and welcoming dining environment for residents. You will foster friendly, personalized service and take pride in serving delicious meals while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting residents with selections, and preparing the dining area for each service. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service.
• Ability to serve residents promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
