The position involves greeting residents, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining dining room standards under supervision of the Executive Chef or Dining Room Manager.

Qualifications

• Must maintain food handlers permit per state rules.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling.
• Ability to calmly present meal alternatives to residents and guests.
• Must meet state age-related requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and resident information.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and take orders courteously, using POS tablets or paper tickets.
• Prepare and deliver meals, beverages, soups, salads, and desserts.
• Ensure guest needs are met and report issues to management.
• Deliver meal trays to resident apartments as needed.
• Bus and clean dining areas; set tables for next service.
• Fulfill side duties and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager or Dining Room Coordinator.
