Job summary

Elderwood is seeking a friendly server to contribute to our dining experience for residents and guests. You will provide table service, ensure timely delivery of meals, and uphold sanitary standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Prior food service or hospitality experience is a plus, and ServSafe certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years
• Employment Certificate/Permit required for applicable individuals
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
• Physical stamina for constant activity
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant experience desired
• Under 18 excluded from using dangerous equipment
• Must read/write/speak English at intermediate level or higher

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
