Resort Lifestyle Communities, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Server to craft dining experiences that bring joy to residents within a resort-style community.

You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver breakfast and lunch with warmth and care, while supporting a clean, inviting dining room. Join a collaborative team that values feedback and compassionate service, with weekday mornings and some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30am to 2:00pm with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two (2) weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit before beginning employment.

Responsabilidades

• Make residents’ mornings special- Set the tone for their day by greeting them and delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch experience.
• Carry trays, serve drinks and meals, explain the menu, take orders and anticipate residents’ needs to ensure every interaction feels personal and compassionate.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, filling water carafes, and setting tables before meals.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager or supervisor when needed.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
