Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring servers to support dining services across its community settings in California. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided and paid.

You will set and clear tables, take orders, assist with meal preparation and serving, and help maintain a clean dining area while delivering friendly customer service. Compensation starts at $16.90–$20.28 per hour, with eligibility for benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), and annual rewards based on location

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
