Job summary

Country Meadows in York, PA is seeking a Dining Server for Leader Heights to help provide residents with a superior dining experience. You will enjoy a consistently paid paycheck, comprehensive benefits, and paid vacation while contributing to a caring, senior-focused team.

Dayshifts are 7a-3p, 6a-2p, or 8:30a-3p, with every other weekend and holidays. Our program includes pay starts at $14.25-$15.50 per hour, plus opportunities to earn more with experience, a 401(k) plan, life and disability

Qualifications

• Dining room/kitchen experience preferred.
• Positive customer service attitude and willingness to serve others.
• Ability to work with others and multi-task.
• Basic English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to learn preferences and provide personalized service.
• Keep dining and dish areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist residents with menu selections and take meal orders.
• Operate POS technology to obtain meal orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
