Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food daily as outlined on the menus and adapts recipes for dietary needs.
• Ensures attractive presentation of food on the plate before serving.
• Coordinates and participates in serving food while monitoring portions to meet requests and minimize waste.
• Maintains accurate records of chargeable meals and submits them monthly.
• Assists with menu planning and adjusts menus for seasonality and events.
• Prepares meats for storage and ensures proper handling and labeling of ingredients.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Complies with all regulations and assists in training kitchen staff.
