Qualifications

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified, or be willing to complete certification within 60 days of hire.
• Basic understanding of food service operations including sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of Dining Services Director.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area and monitor temperatures and portions.
• Report faulty equipment and keep records of temperatures and food safety measures.
• Attend required in-service trainings and staff meetings.
