You will maintain inventories, follow recipes, and ensure dietary requirements are met while supporting a respectful, team-oriented dining environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to speak, read and write English.
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
• Must be age 21 or older to drive Buckner vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and select ingredients for cooking meals.
• Cook breakfast, lunch and/or dinner using standard recipes.
• Maintain meal counts and records; manage inventories and requisitions.
• Plan cooking schedules and ensure readiness at mealtimes.
• Prepare food for special diets and ensure proper food handling.
